We sell massage and wellness products, including massage cushions, massage guns, and neck/shoulder massagers. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, features, and descriptions accurately, but we do not guarantee that product images or descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in ZAR and are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped

4. Shipping

  • Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and courier availability
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms outlined there.

6. Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.
